常规护理联合精心护理用于疤痕子宫中晚期妊娠引产的效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Routine Nursing Combined with Elaborate Nursing on the Induction of Labor in Mid-late Pregnancy of Scar Uterus

目的分析疤痕子宫引产中精力护理的应用效果。方法方便选取该院收治的66例妊娠晚期引产的患者,收治的年限为2017年1月—2018年12月,以抽签的形式将其分为常规组(接受常规的护理干预)和干预组(在常规组的基础上接受精细化护理),各33例。将两组干预后的负性情绪评分、护理效果进行对比。结果干预后,常规组的焦虑评分为(18.23±1.26)分,高于干预组的(15.22±2.10)分(t=7.060,P=0.000);常规组的抑郁评分为(19.22±1.10)分,高于干预组的(14.23±1.02)分(t=19.109,P=0.000)。干预后,相比于常规组,干预组的恶露干净时间、住院时间短(t=6.330,P=0.000;t=7.562,P=0.000);干预组的引产后出血量较常规组少(t=36.567,P=0.000)。常规组的引产成功率为72.73%,低于干预组的100.00%(χ^2=6.362,P=0.000)。结论给予疤痕子宫中晚期妊娠患者常规护理联合精心护理,患者的负性情绪得以改善,护理效果较好。

Objective To analyze the application effect of energy nursing in scar uterus induction.Methods convenienty select 66 patients admitted to the hospital during the third trimester of pregnancy were admitted for a period of time from January 2017 to December 2018.They were divided into a regular group(receiving routine nursing intervention)and an intervention group(receiving refined care on the basis of the conventional group)by lot drawing,33 cases each.The negative emotion scores and nursing effects of the two groups after intervention were compared.Results After the intervention,the anxiety score of the conventional group was(18.23±1.26)points,which was higher than that of the intervention group(15.22±2.10)points(t=7.060,P=0.000);the depression score of the conventional group was(19.22±1.10)points,higher than that of the intervention group(14.23±1.02)points(t=19.109,P=0.000).After intervention,compared with the conventional group,the intervention group had shorter lochia clean time and hospital stay(t=6.330,P=0.000;t=7.562,P=0.000);the intervention group had less postpartum bleeding than the conventional group(t=36.567,P=0.000).The success rate of induced labor in the conventional group was 72.73%,which was lower than 100.00%in the intervention group(χ^2=6.362,P=0.000).Conclusion The routine care and careful care of patients with mid-to-late pregnancy in scar uterus can improve the negative emotions of the patients,and the nursing effect is better.
