Objective To explore the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing model on swallowing function and nutritional status of patients with dysphagia after stroke. Methods Retrospectively analyze the clinical data of 108 patients with dysphagia after stroke in the hospital from September 2017 to November 2018,and group them according to different modes of care:the patients who took the routine care mode were set as the control group(n=54),the person who adopts the comprehensive care model was set as the research group(n=54),and the statistical analysis of the changes in swallowing function and nutritional status of the two groups of patients before and after care. Results 1.The excellent rate of recovery of swallowing function in the study group(94.44%)was higher than that in the control group(77.78%)(χ^2=6.271,P=0.012);2.After care, the levels of plasma prealbumin, hemoglobin, and albumin in the study group[(222.67±11.58)pg/dL,(128.97±4.15)mg/dL,(43.47±3.15)mg/dL],both higher than the control group[(167.48±12.39)pg/dL,(113.17±4.48)mg/dL,(34.22±2.08)mg/dL](t=23.914,19.013,18.007,P<0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive nursing model has a positive effect on the swallowing function and nutritional status of patients with dysphagia after stroke.
