分析延续性护理干预在腹腔镜卵巢囊肿患者术后中的应用效果

Analysis of the Effect of Continuous Nursing Intervention on Patients with Laparoscopic Ovarian Cysts After Operation

目的探讨延续性护理干预在腹腔镜卵巢囊肿患者术后中的应用效果。方法方便选取该院2018年1—11月收治的的80例腹腔镜卵巢囊肿患者,随机分组,常规出院自我护理指导组给予常规出院护理指导,延续性护理干预组进行了延续性护理干预。比较两组腹腔镜卵巢囊肿患者术后遵医率;护理前后生理职能评分、社会职能评分、活力评分、卡氏健康KARNOFSKY评分;术后呕吐厌食、感染等比例。结果护理后延续性护理干预组,生理职能评分、社会职能评分、活力评分、卡氏健康KARNOFSKY分值高于常规出院自我护理指导组(P<0.05)。延续性护理干预组腹腔镜卵巢囊肿患者术后遵医率更具优势(P<0.05),延续性护理干预组腹腔镜卵巢囊肿患者术后遵医率是90%,而常规出院自我护理指导组遵医率是75%(χ^2=6.033,P<0.05)。延续性护理干预组术后呕吐厌食1例,感染1例,占5%,常规出院自我护理指导组术后呕吐厌食4例、感染4例,占20%(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜卵巢囊肿患者实施延续性护理干预效果确切,可提高患者术后遵医行为,减少术后并发症的发生率,并改善患者健康水平和社会功能,提高其整体生存质量。

Objective To explore the effect of continuous nursing intervention in laparoscopic ovarian cyst patients.Methods Eighty patients with laparoscopic ovarian cysts who were treated in the hospital from January to November 2018 were convenient selected and randomly divided into two groups.The routine discharge self-care guidance group was given routine discharge nursing guidance,and the continuous care intervention group was given continuous care intervention.Comparing the two groups of patients with laparoscopic ovarian cyst postoperative compliance rate;before and after nursing physiological function score,social function score,vitality score,Kaposi health KARNOFSKY score;postoperative vomiting anorexia,infection and other proportions.Results The ratios of physiological function score,social function score,vitality score,Karnofsky health KARNOFSKY score were higher than those of the routine discharge self-care guidance group(P<0.05).Patients in the continuation nursing intervention group had a more favorable rate of follow-up after laparoscopic ovarian cysts(χ^2=6.033,P<0.05),patients in the continuation nursing intervention group had a 90%post-operative compliance rate,and routine self-discharge compliance rate of the nursing guidance group was 75%.One case of postoperative vomiting anorexia,1 case of infection,accounted for 5%in the continuous nursing intervention group,and 4 cases of postoperative vomiting anorexia and 4 cases of infection,accounting for 20%of the conventional discharge self-care guidance group(χ^2=4.114,P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of continuous nursing intervention on patients with laparoscopic ovarian cysts is definite,which can improve the patient's compliance behavior after surgery,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,improve the patient's health level and social function,and improve their overall quality of life.
