苏醒护理在全麻腹部手术患者中实施对苏醒期质量影响

Effect of Awake Nursing on the Quality of Awake Period in Patients Undergoing General Anesthesia Abdominal Surgery

目的探讨苏醒护理在全麻腹部手术患者中实施对苏醒期质量影响。方法便利选取2016年4月—2019年6月该院实施全麻腹部手术患者60例进行研究,将患者用随机分组表分为干预组(苏醒护理干预,30例)和基础组(基础护理干预,30例),比较两组患者护理前后血流动力学、苏醒期躁动及护理满意度。结果护理1 h,干预组患者SBP(120.2±16.1)mmHg、DBP(73.2±8.3)mmHg、HR水平(72.4±9.3)次/min低于基础组(130.3±20.4)mmHg、(78.1±8.6)mmHg、(79.2±7.3)次/min,差异有统计学意义(t=21.129、2.246、3.150,P<0.05),且低于自身护理前干预组的(132.1±20.3)mmHg、(82.2±9.6)mmHg、(83.2±8.1)次/min与基础组的(131.4±22.3)mmHg、(82.5±10.3)mmHg、(83.5±10.1)次/min。干预组患者躁动总发生率(20.00%)低于基础组83.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论苏醒护理在全麻腹部手术患者中实施,可降低对患者血流动力学影响,减轻苏醒期躁动程度。

Objective To explore the effect of recovery nursing on the quality of recovery during general anesthesia for abdominal surgery.Methods A total of 60 patients undergoing general anesthesia abdominal surgery in the hospital from April 2016 to June 2019 were conveniens selected for study.The patients were divided into an intervention group(waking nursing intervention,30 cases)and a basic group(basic nursing intervention,30 cases)using a randomized table method,compare the hemodynamics,restlessness and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients before and after nursing.ResultsAfter 1 hour of care,the SBP(120.2±16.1)mmHg,DBP(73.2±8.3)mmHg,HR level(72.4±9.3)times/min of patients in the intervention group were lower than the basic group(130.3±20.4)mmHg,(78.1±8.6)mmHg,(79.2±7.3)times/min,and lower than(132.1±20.3)mmHg,(82.2±9.6)mmHg,(83.2±8.1)times/min of the pre-care group(131.4±22.3)mmHg,(82.5±10.3)mmHg,(83.5±10.1)times/min,the difference was statistically significant(t=21.129,2.246,3.150,P<0.05).The patients in the intervention group with total incidence of agitation was 20.00%lower than the basic group 83.33%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The awakening nursing is implemented in patients undergoing general anesthesia for abdominal surgery,which can reduce the hemodynamic effect on patients and reduce the degree of restlessness during awakening.
