重症医学科血小板减少的常见原因及病因分析

Analysis of Common Causes and Causes of Thrombocytopenia in Critical Medicine

目的分析重症医学科中患者出现血小板减少现象的常见原因或病因。方法随机选取2017年2月—2019年12月期间收治的100例重症医学科血小板减少患者,回顾其临床资料,观察其疾病类型,分析导致患者血小板减少的原因或病因。结果重症医学科血小板减少的病因或常见原因主要有脓毒血症、多发性创伤、血液系统疾病。其中脓毒血症占比44.00%,多发性创伤占比37.00%,血液系统疾病占比19.00%。结论重症医学科中患者出现血小板减少现象的常见原因或病因主要有脓毒血症、多发性创伤、血液系统疾病等,医护人员应针对血小板减少的病因或原因进行干预。

Objective To analyze the common causes or causes of thrombocytopenia in patients in the intensive care department.Methods A total of 100 patients with thrombocytopenia admitted to the Department of Intensive Medicine from February 2017 to December 2019 were randomly selected.Their clinical data were reviewed,their disease types were observed,and the causes or causes of thrombocytopenia were analyzed.Results The causes or common causes of thrombocytopenia in the Department of Intensive Medicine mainly include sepsis,multiple trauma,and hematological diseases.Among them,sepsis accounted for 44.00%,multiple trauma accounted for 37.00%,and hematological diseases accounted for 19.00%.Conclusion Common causes or causes of thrombocytopenia in patients in the intensive care department mainly include sepsis,multiple trauma,and blood system diseases.Medical staff should intervene in the cause or cause of thrombocytopenia.
