单纯药物治疗与连续采用高压氧联合药物治疗脑神经损伤早期效果的对比研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的比较单纯药物治疗与连续采用高压氧联合药物治疗对脑神经损伤的价值。方法选取2018年10月—2019年10月该院接收的68例脑神经损伤患者,采用奇、偶数平均分组的方式,观察组与对照组各有34例患者,对照组为单纯药物治疗,观察组为连续采用高压氧联合药物治疗。结果观察组脑水肿改善(2.68±0.24)d,对照组脑水肿改善(4.89±0.43)d(t=7.892,P=0.025);观察组不良反应率8.82%,对照组不良反应率11.76%(χ^2=0.159,P=0.690);观察组格拉斯哥昏迷评分(12.52±0.79)分,对照组格拉斯哥昏迷评分(8.88±0.91)分(t=11.527,P=0.000);观察组总有效率97.06%,对照组总有效率76.47%(χ^2=6.275,P=0.012);两组治疗后症状改善时间、格拉斯哥昏迷评分、治疗效果比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后不良反应率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论连续采用高压氧联合药物在脑神经损伤中的应用,能够有效缩短患者临床症状改善的时间,控制不良反应的发生,提高患者的身体状态水平,临床应用效果比较突出和显著。 Objective To compare the value of simple drug therapy and continuous hyperbaric oxygen combined with drug therapy on cerebral nerve injury. Methods A total of 68 patients with cranial nerve injury received in the hospital from October 2018 to October 2019 were selected. The odd and even numbers were evenly grouped. There were 34 patients in the observation group and the control group, and the control group was treated with simple drugs. The observation group was treated continuously with hyperbaric oxygen combined with drugs. Results The brain edema in the observation group improved(2.68±0.24)d, and the brain edema in the control group improved(4.89±0.43)d(t=7.892,P =0.025);the adverse reaction rate in the observation group was 8.82%, and the adverse reaction rate in the control group was 11.76%(χ^2=0.159,P=0.0690);the Glasgow coma score in the observation group(12.52±0.79)points,the control group Glasgow coma score(8.88 ± 0.91) points(t =11.527,P =0.000);the total effective rate of the observation group was 97.06%, the total effective rate of the control group was 76.47% (χ^2=6.275,P =0.012);the symptom improvement time after treatment in the two groups, Glasgow coma score, treatment effect score, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The difference in adverse reaction rate between the two groups after treatment was not statistically significant(P>0.05). Conclusion The continuous application of hyperbaric oxygen combined with drugs in cerebral nerve injury can effectively shorten the time for patients to improve clinical symptoms, control the occurrence of adverse reactions, and improve the physical status of patients. The clinical application effect is more prominent and significant.
