桃红四物汤加味联合微创锁定钢板内固定术治疗胫骨中下段骨折效果分析

Effect Analysis of Taohong Siwu Decoction Combined with Minimally Invasive Locking Plate Internal Fixation in the Treatment of Middle and Lower Tibial Fractures

目的分析桃红四物汤加味联合微创锁定钢板内固定术治疗胫骨中下段骨折效果。方法选择该院2016年1月—2018年1月诊治胫骨中下段相关骨折90例患者临床资料,随机分两组,其中对照组45例采用微创锁定钢板内固定术,研究组45例使用桃红四物汤加味联合微创锁定钢板内固定术,对两组临床指标、疼痛程度及生活质量进行比较。结果研究组患者手术时间(87.48±11.82)min、出血量(108.12±19.13)mL、手术切口(5.14±1.74)cm及骨折愈合(11.64±1.18)周比对照组少,比较差异有统计学意义(t=5.622、16.236、11.002、6.890,P<0.05);研究组患者疼痛评分(3.94±0.65)分比对照组低(t=11.595,P<0.05);研究组生活质量评分为(82.26±8.93)分,高于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(t=5.344,P<0.05)。结论桃红四物汤加味联合微创锁定钢板内固定术治疗胫骨中下段骨折,可缩短手术时间及骨折愈合时间,减少术中出血量,降低疼痛程度。

Objective To analyze the effect of Taohong Siwu Decoction combined with minimally invasive locking plate internal fixation in the treatment of middle and lower tibial fractures. Methods From January 2016 to January 2018, 90 patients with middle and lower tibial fractures were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table. 45 patients in the control group were treated with minimally invasive locking plate internal fixation and45 patients in the research group were treated with Taohong Siwu Decoction combined with minimally invasive locking plate internal fixation was used to compare the clinical indicators, pain level and quality of life between the two groups.Results The operation time(87.48 ± 11.82) min, blood loss(108.12 ± 19.13) mL, surgical incision(5.14 ± 1.74) cm,and fracture healing(11.64 ± 1.18) weeks of the study group were less than those of the control group. The difference was statistically significant(t=5.622,16.236,11.002,6.890,P<0.05);the pain score of patients in the study group(3.94 ±0.65) points was lower than that in the control group( t=11.595,P<0.05);the quality of life score of the study group was(82.26±8.93)points, which was higher than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(t=5.344,P<0.05). Conclusion Taohong Siwu Decoction combined with minimally invasive locking plate internal fixation for the treatment of middle and lower tibial fractures can shorten the operation time and fracture healing time, reduce the amount of intraoperative blood loss, and reduce the degree of pain.
