探究金水宝片联合雷替斯治疗自身免疫性甲状腺炎的临床疗效

Explore the Clinical Efficacy of Jinshuibao Tablets Combined with Retius in the Treatment of Autoimmune Thyroiditis

目的观察金水宝片联合雷替斯治疗自身免疫性甲状腺炎(AITD)的疗效。方法选择2017年11月—2019年10月该院收治的66例AITD病例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组33例。对照组单用雷替斯治疗,观察组予以金水宝片联合雷替斯治疗。观察两组治疗效果,用药前后甲状腺抗体水平变化,用药期间不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率为96.67%显著高于对照组81.82%(χ^2=3.995,P<0.05)。用药前,观察组TPO ab(824.76±45.23)IU/mL、TG ab(677.23±40.56)IU/mL与对照组(825.10±44.82)IU/mL、(672.40±41.28)IU/mL对比(t=0.030、0.479,P>0.05);用药后,观察组TPO ab(385.08±22.34)IU/mL、TG ab(240.14±15.35)IU/mL与用药前对比(t=24.170、12.356,P<0.05);对照组TPO ab(412.75±23.44)IU/mL、TG ab(274.92±17.08)IU/mL与用药前对比(t=16.231、10.342,P<0.05);观察组和对照组组间对比(t=4.908、8.700,P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率15.15%与对照组6.06%比较差异无统计学意义(χ^2=1.438,P>0.05)。结论针对自身免疫性甲状腺炎可使用金水宝片联合雷替斯治疗,减轻甲状腺破坏,加强机体免疫,从而改善病情,再加上不良反应少、安全性高,值得推广。

Objective To observe the curative effect of Jinshuibao Tablets combined with Retius in the treatment of autoimmune thyroiditis(AITD). Methods Sixty-six AITD cases admitted to our hospital from November 2017 to October 2019 were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group using random number table method, with 33 cases in each group. The control group was treated with leitus alone, and the observation group was treated with Jinshuibao tablets combined with leitus. Observe the treatment effect of the two groups, the change of thyroid antibody level before and after medication, and the occurrence of adverse reactions during medication. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 96.67%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group, 81.82%(χ^2=3.995, P<0.05). Before medication, the observation group TPO ab(824.76±45.23) IU/m L, TG ab(677.23±40.56) IU/mL compared with the control group(825.10±44.82) IU/mL,(672.40±41.28) IU/mL(t=0.030, 0.479, P> 0.05);after medication, the observation group TPO ab(385.08±22.34) IU/mL, TG ab(240.14±15.35) IU/m L compared with before medication(t=24.170, 12.356, P<0.05);Control group TPO ab(412.75±23.44) IU/mL, TG ab(274.92±17.08) IU/mL compared with pre-medication(t=16.231, 10.342, P<0.05);comparison between observation group and control group(t=4.908, 8.700, P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 15.15% compared with 6.06% in the control group(χ^2=1.438, P > 0.05).Conclusion For autoimmune thyroiditis, Jinshuibao tablets can be used in combination with Retius treatment to reduce thyroid destruction and strengthen the body’s immunity, thereby improving the condition, coupled with fewer adverse reactions and high safety,it is worth promoting.
