摘要
目的将渐进性肌肉放松训练用于髋关节置换术患者中,分析其对患者睡眠质量、焦虑情绪的影响。方法选取2017年2月—2018年5月该院收治的84例髋关节置换术患者,以数字随机表法将其分成观察组(n=42)与参照组(n=42),参照组行常规康复训练,观察组在对照组基础上行渐进性肌肉放松锻炼,对两组干预效果进行分析。结果两组入院时SAS评分、SDS评分相比,均差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组出院时SAS评分(40.15±1.85)分、SDS评分(42.57±2.34)分与参照组相比,均相对更低,差异有统计学意义(t=22.075、12.393,P<0.05);两组入院时睡眠质量评分相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组出院时睡眠质量评分(6.42±0.57)分与参照组(8.91±0.72)分相比,相对更低,差异有统计学意义(t=17.572,P<0.05)。结论对髋关节置换术患者而言,实施渐进性肌肉放松训练效果理想,可缓解焦虑情绪,改善睡眠质量,值得应用。
Objective To use progressive muscle relaxation training in hip replacement patients to analyze their effects on sleep quality and anxiety. Methods A total of 84 patients undergoing hip replacement surgery in this hospital from February 2017 to May 2018 were selected and divided into an observation group(n = 42) and a reference group(n=42)using a digital random table method For rehabilitation training, the observation group performed progressive muscle relaxation exercises on the basis of the control group, and analyzed the intervention effects of the two groups. Results There was no significant difference in SAS score and SDS score between the two groups on admission(P>0.05). The SAS score(40.15 ±1.85)points and SDS score(42.57 ±2.34)points of the observation group were similar to those of the reference group. The ratio was relatively lower, and the difference was statistically significant(t=22.075, 12.393, P<0.05);the sleep quality scores at admission between the two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05), and the observation group of sleeping quality at discharge(6.42 ±0.57)points was relatively lower than the reference group(8.91±0.72)points, and the difference was statistically significant(t=17.572,P<0.05). Conclusion For patients undergoing hip replacement surgery, progressive muscle relaxation training is ideal to relieve anxiety and improve sleep quality,and it is worth applying.
