小儿热速清颗粒联合抗生素治疗小儿急性化脓性扁桃体炎的临床效果研究

Study on the Clinical Effect of Xiaoer Resuqing Granule Combined with Antibiotics in the Treatment of Acute Suppurative Tonsillitis in Children

目的观察小儿热速清颗粒联合抗生素治疗小儿急性化脓性扁桃体炎的临床效果。方法选取该院2018年6月—2019年6月收治的102例急性化脓性扁桃体炎患儿,随机分为实验组(51例,应用小儿热速清颗粒联合抗生素治疗方法)和对照组(51例,应用抗生素治疗方法)。比较两组患儿治疗前后的T淋巴细胞计数、白细胞水平、C反应蛋白水平。结果治疗前,两组患儿T淋巴细胞计数、白细胞水平和C反应蛋白水平比较差异无统计学意义(P=0.154、0.063、0.077、0.085、0.066);治疗后,实验组CD4+/CD3+、CD8+/CD3+、CD4+/CD8+分别为(0.77±0.01)%、(0.39±0.03)%、(1.72±0.33)%,对照组分别为(0.70±0.05)%、(0.52±0.02)%、(1.25±0.16)%,实验组白细胞水平和C反应蛋白水平分别为(8.52±2.71)×109/L、(16.60±7.33)mg/L,对照组分别为(10.54±2.71)×109/L、(25.63±7.32)mg/L,治疗后实验组CD8+/CD3+、白细胞水平和C反应蛋白水平显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=12.357、20.154、29.969,P<0.05),CD4+/CD3+、CD4+/CD8+显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.023、0.000)。结论小儿热速清颗粒联合抗生素治疗小儿急性化脓性扁桃体炎的临床效果显著。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Xiaoer Resuqing granule combined with antibiotics in the treatment of acute suppurative tonsillitis in children. Methods A total of 102 children with acute suppurative tonsillitis who were admitted to our hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were randomly divided into an experimental group(51 cases, using Xiaoer Resuqing granules combined with antibiotic treatment) and a control group(51 cases, application of antibiotic treatment). The T lymphocyte count, white blood cell level, and C-reactive protein levels of the two groups of children before and after treatment were compared. Results Before treatment, the T lymphocyte count, white blood cell level and C-reactive protein level of the two groups were not statistically significant(P=0.154, 0.063, 0.077, 0.085,0.066);after treatment, the experimental group CD4+/CD3+, CD8+/CD3+, CD4+/CD8+ were(0.77±0.01)%,(0.39±0.03)%,(1.72±0.33)%, and the control group were(0.70 ±0.05)%,(0.52 ±0.02)%,(1.25 ±0.16)%, the white blood cell level and C-reactive protein level of the experimental group were(8.52 ±2.71) ×109/L,(16.60 ±7.33) mg/L, and the control group were(10.54 ±2.71) × 109/L,(25.63 ±7.32) mg/L, after treatment, the experimental group CD8 +/CD3 +,leukocyte level and C-reactive protein level were significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t =12.357,20.154,29.969,P <0.05), CD4 +/CD3 +, CD4 +/CD8 + were significantly higher,the difference was statistically significant(P =0.023, 0.000). Conclusion The clinical effect of Xiaoer Resuqing granule combined with antibiotics in the treatment of acute suppurative tonsillitis in children is significant.
