优质护理在老年性脑梗塞患者护理中的应用效果和应用价值体会

Application Effect and Application Value of High-quality Nursing in Nursing of Elderly Patients with Cerebral Infarction

目的探讨优质护理在老年性脑梗塞患者护理中的应用效果和应用价值。方法该次研究对象为该院收治的76例老年性脑梗塞患者(时间为2018年1月—2019年1月),随机分为对照组38例(给予常规护理干预)和研究组38例(给予优质护理干预),分析对比两组护理效果。结果给予不同的护理干预措施后,研究组的护理总有效率(94.7%)显著高于对照组(84.2%),组间差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.235,P=0.05);对照组和研究组的生活质量评分分别为(65.4±1.2)分、(83.4±1.6)分,研究组生活质量评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=5.480,P=0.000<0.05)。结论优质护理在老年性脑梗塞患者护理中效果好,应用价值高。

Objective To explore the effect and value of high-quality nursing in the nursing of elderly patients with cerebral infarction. Methods The study subjects were 76 elderly patients with cerebral infarction admitted in the hospital(times from January 2018 to January 2019), and were randomly divided into 38 cases in the control group(with routine nursing intervention) and 38 cases in the study group(with high-quality nursing intervention), analyze and compare the nursing effect of the two groups. Results After giving different nursing interventions, the overall effective rate of nursing in the study group(94.7%) was significantly higher than that in the control group(84.2%), and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(χ^2=4.235, P=0.05);the quality of life scores of the control group and the research group were(65.4 ±1.2) points and(83.4 ±1.6) points, respectively. Compared with the data between the groups, the quality of life score of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(t=5.480,P=0.000<0.05). Conclusion High-quality nursing has good effect in the nursing of elderly patients with cerebral infarction, and its application value is high.
