摘要
目的:对本院住院患者糖皮质激素药物的使用情况进行分析评价,为糖皮质激素合理使用提供参考。方法:采用回顾性调查分析方法,利用本院的HIS系统统计2015年10月至2016年3月1736例住院患者使用糖皮质激素药物的病例,对其使用的品种、科室、疾病、合理性等进行统计、分析。结果:本院使用的糖皮质激素药物有6种,主要为注射用地塞米松磷酸钠(46.3%)和注射用甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠(33.6%),分布的科室主要为呼吸科(16.7%)和耳鼻喉科(12.1%),疾病主要为肺部感染(5.5%)、慢性肾功能衰竭尿毒症期(4.7%)和慢性阻塞性肺病伴急性加重(4.3%),不合理用药占(6.7%),主要表现为适应证不适宜、配伍禁忌和溶媒不当等。结论:本院在糖皮质激素类药物使用过程中仍有不合理现象,需加强监督、管理以促进糖皮质激素类药物的临床合理应用,提升疗效,减少不良反应的发生。
Objective:To understand the use of glucocorticoid drugs in the inpatients of a third-class hospital,and to analyze and evaluate the use of glucocorticoid drugs,so as to provide reference for the rational use of glucocorticoid.Methods:Retrospective analysis was used.A total of 1736 inpatients who used glucocorticoid drugs from October 2015 to March 2016 were statistically analyzed by HIS system of the hospital,and then the varieties,departments,diseases and rationality of glucocorticoid drugs used.Results:The hospital used the glucocorticoid drugs have 6 kinds,mainly for injection with dexamethasone sodium phosphate 46.3%and 33.6%prednisolone succinate sodium for injection,and the distribution of the main department for respiratory 16.7%and otolaryngology 12.1%.The main application of 5.5%for lung infection disease.The uremia phase of chronic renal failure 4.7%and 4.3%with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,not rational drug use(6.7%),mainly for indications are not appropriate,improper compatibility taboo and solvent,etc.Conclusion:There are still unreasonable phenomena in the use of glucocorticoid drugs in hospital,and the supervision and management should be strengthened to promote the rational clinical application of glucocorticoid drugs,improve the curative effect and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.
