摘要
超声检查是乳腺癌早期诊断的主要方式,传统超声对乳腺癌的诊断尚存一些不足之处,影像组学是对传统超声的重要补充。影像组学通过提取超声图像的高通量特征,可以挖掘超声图像中更多的信息,帮助医师提高肿瘤良恶性鉴别诊断的准确率。在乳腺癌亚型的研究中,影像组学也有着积极的诊断价值。在方法标准化和多中心研究方面,影像组学也取得了一定的进展。本研究梳理了近几年影像组学在乳腺超声诊断方面的研究进展。
Ultrasound imaging is the main tool for early diagnosis of breast cancer.However,traditional ultrasound imaging still has some limits,and radiomics is the important supplement for the ultrasound imaging.It could capture more information from images by extracting high-throughput image features and help doctors increase the accuracy in differential diagnosis of tumors.In the research of breast cancer subtypes,radiomics also has the optimistic predictive value and exciting results.Moreover,in the research of standardization and multicenter verification,some efforts have been carried out continuously.This paper reviewed the recent advances of radiomics in breast ultrasound imaging.
