电视胸腔镜辅助下小切口肺癌手术与常规开胸手术治疗肺癌的效果对比分析

Comparative Analysis of the Effects of Video-assisted Thoracoscopy Assisted Small Incision Lung Cancer Surgery and Conventional Thoracotomy on the Treatment of Lung Cancer

目的分析电视胸腔镜辅助下小切口肺癌手术与常规开胸手术治疗肺癌疗效对比情况。方法随机抽选该院于2017年7月—2019年7月,此2年时间段内收治的肺癌患者共计80例,将所有患者按照双盲法随机分为观察组(40例,采用电视胸腔镜辅助下小切口肺癌手术治疗)与对照组(40例,采用常规开胸手术治疗)。分析对比两组患者治疗结束后治疗效果情况。结果所有患者均成功手术,其中观察组患者手术时间(144.81±23.64)min、术中出血量(148.87±20.47)mL、住院时间(9.42±2.84)d均低于对照组患者(158.12±30.95)min、(250.36±33.11)mL、(16.13±3.45)d,且前者术后并发症发生率(2.5%)与置管时间(4.32±1.17)d均较后者(17.5%)、(4.98±0.86)d更低,两组之间均差异有统计学意义(t=2.162、16.489、9.497、2.875,χ~2=5.000,P=0.034、0.001、0.001、0.005、0.025<0.05)。结论通过给予肺癌患者实施电视胸腔镜辅助下小切口肺癌手术治疗,可有效安全地完成患者病灶切除,提升手术治疗效果,降低手术对患者造成的损伤,具有较高实用价值的治疗方法。

Objective To analyze the effect of video-assisted thoracoscopy assisted small incision lung cancer surgery and conventional thoracotomy on the treatment of lung cancer.Methods Randomly selected a total of 80 lung cancer patients admitted to the hospital from July 2017 to July 2019.The patients were randomly divided into observation group(40 cases,using TV chest cavity according to the double-blind method microscopically assisted surgical treatment of small incision lung cancer)and the control group(40 cases,treated with conventional thoracotomy).Analyze and compare the treatment effect of the two groups after treatment.Results All patients were successfully operated.The operation time of observation group(144.81±23.64)min,intraoperative blood loss(148.87±20.47)mL,hospital stay(9.42±2.84)d were lower than those of control group(158.12±30.95)min,(250.36±33.11)mL,(16.13±3.45)d,and the former’s postoperative complication rate(2.5%)and catheter placement time(4.32±1.17)d are lower than the latter(17.5%),(4.98±0.86)d,The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(t=2.162,16.489,9.497,2.875,χ~2=5.000,P=0.034,0.001,0.001,0.005,0.025<0.05).Conclusion By giving video-assisted thoracoscopyassisted small incision lung cancer surgery to lung cancer patients,it can effectively and safely complete the resection of the patient’s lesions,improve the surgical treatment effect,and reduce the damage caused by the surgery.It with high value of treatment.
