辛伐他汀在慢性心力衰竭的康复治疗中的应用研究

Application Study of Simvastatin in Rehabilitation Treatment of Chronic Heart Failure

目的研究慢性心力衰竭患者采用辛伐他汀治疗的临床应用效果,为慢性心力衰竭的治疗提供疗效确切的方案。方法选取2018年7月—2019年6月期间该院收治的慢性心力衰竭患者96例,以随机数字表法随机分为研究组和对照组,每组48例,对照组采用常规基础治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合辛伐他汀治疗,对比两组的治疗效果和心功能指标。结果研究组的治疗总有效率为95.83%,显著高于对照组的79.17%,组间差异有统计学意义(χ~2=6.095,P<0.05)。研究组的左心室射血分数(LVEF)、左室收缩末期内径(LVESD)和左室舒张末期内径(LVED)等心功能指标优于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论辛伐他汀在慢性心力衰竭患者的康复治疗中临床效果显著,可改善患者心功能指标,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To study the clinical application effect of simvastatin in patients with chronic heart failure,and to provide a definite therapeutic plan for the treatment of chronic heart failure.Methods From July 2018 to June 2019,96 patients with chronic heart failure admitted to the hospital were randomly divided into a research group and a control group with a random number table method,48 cases in each group,and the control group received conventional basic treatment,in the study group,combined with simvastatin treatment on the basis of the control group,the treatment effect and cardiac function indexes of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 95.83%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group,79.17%.The difference between the groups was statistically significant(χ~2=6.095,P<0.05).The left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),left ventricular end-systolic diameter(LVESD)and left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVED)of the study group were better than the control group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Simvastatin has a significant clinical effect in the rehabilitation of patients with chronic heart failure,and it can improve the cardiac function of patients.It is worthy of clinical application.
