探讨脑血栓形成急性期降血压治疗对患者神经功能和生活质量的影响

Explore the Effect of Blood Pressure Lowering Treatment in Patients with Acute Cerebral Thrombosis on Neurological Function and Quality of Life

目的探究脑血栓内形成急性期降血压治疗对患者生活质量、神经功能的影响。方法选取该院2017年12月—2019年4月收治的107例脑血栓形成急性期患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,观察组患者在发病24 h之内行降压治疗,对照组患者未行降压治疗,两组患者均行90 d随访,采用改良美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)对两组患者神经功能进行评价,采用SF-36健康调查量表对两组生活质量进行评价,探究降血压治疗对患者生活质量、神经功能的影响。结果观察组治疗90 d后舒张压、收缩压分别为(80.12±1.25)mmHg、(138.28±2.88)mmHg,均低于对照组(t=21.531、16.887,P<0.05);观察组治疗90 d后NIHSS评分、生活质量评分分别为(16.08±1.12)分、(62.62±1.15)分,与对照组对比,差异无统计学意义(t=0.809、0.178,P>0.05)。结论脑血栓内形成急性期降血压治疗不会对患者生活质量、神经功能产生影响。

Objective To investigate the effect of blood pressure lowering treatment in the acute stage of cerebral thrombosis on the quality of life and nerve function of patients.Methods A total of 107 patients with acute cerebral thrombosis who were admitted to the hospital from December 2017 to April 2019 were selected as the research object.They were divided into two groups according to the random number table method.The patients in the observation group underwent antihypertensive therapy within 24 h of onset.The patients in the two groups did not undergo antihypertensive treatment.Both groups were followed up for 90 d.The modified National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)was used to evaluate the nerve function of the two groups.The SF-36 health questionnaire was used to assess the life of the two groups.To evaluate the quality and explore the effect of blood pressure lowering treatment on the quality of life and nerve function of patients.Results The diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure of the observation group after treatment for 90 d were(80.12±1.25)mmHg and(138.28±2.88)mmHg,which were lower than those of the control group(t=21.531,16.887,P<0.05);NIHSS after 90 days of treatment in the observation group and quality of life score were(16.08±1.12)points and(62.62±1.15)points respectively.Compared with the control group,the difference was not statistically significant(t=0.809,0.178,P>0.05).Conclusion The blood pressure lowering treatment in the acute stage of cerebral thrombosis will not affect the quality of life and nerve function of patients.
