手术加放疗在喉癌治疗中应用的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Surgery Plus Radiotherapy in the Treatment of Laryngeal Cancer

目的探析手术加放疗在喉癌治疗中应用的临床效果。方法共选取2014年1月—2017年10月在该院接受治疗的46例喉癌患者作为研究对象,使用数字随机表法将其平均分为两组,对照组的23例患者仅接受手术治疗,观察组的23例患者采用手术+放疗治疗,对比两组的治疗有效率、复发率、3年生存率以及患者的生存质量评分。结果与对照组相比,观察组患者的治疗总有效率更高(95.65%vs 73.91%)(χ~2=4.213,P=0.040<0.05),且观察组患者的3年生存率明显高于对照组(95.65%vs 73.91%)(χ~2=4.213,P=0.040<0.05),观察组患者的复发率低于对照组(4.45%vs 26.08%)(χ~2=5.805,P=0.016<0.05),且观察组的各项生活质量评分更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在喉癌的临床治疗上,采用手术+术后放疗治疗可获得理想效果,有利于延长患者的生存时间,提升患者的生活质量,且复发率低。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of surgery plus radiotherapy in the treatment of laryngeal cancer.Methods A total of 46 patients with laryngeal cancer who were treated in the hospital from January 2014 to October2017 were selected as the research object,and they were divided into two groups using the digital random table method.The 23 patients in the control group only received surgery for treatment,23 patients in the observation group were treated with surgery and radiotherapy.The treatment efficiency,recurrence rate,3-year survival rate,and quality of life score of the patients were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher(95.65%vs 73.91%)(χ~2=4.213,P=0.040<0.05),and the3-year survival rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(95.65%vs 73.91%)(χ~2=4.213,P=0.040<0.05),the recurrence rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(4.45%vs 26.08%)(χ~2=5.805,P=0.016<0.05),and the quality of life scores of the observation group were higher,and there was a significant difference in comparison,P<0.05.Conclusion In the clinical treatment of laryngeal cancer,the use of surgery+postoperative radiotherapy can achieve the desired effect,which is beneficial to prolong the survival time of patients and improve the quality of life of patients,and the recurrence rate is low.
