Objective To explore the clinical effect of children’s family members’comprehensive health guidance on children’s health in promoting early childhood development. Methods This study selected 140 full-term healthy newborns born in the hospital from May 2017 to May 2018,and were randomly divided into two groups,70 cases each. The control group took routine child health care, and the observation group carried out comprehensive health guidance, compare the early development of the two groups after 1 year. Results The incidence of malnutrition in the observation group was 2.9%,which was significantly lower than that of the control group,15.7%,with a statistically significant difference(χ~2=4.105,P<0.05);the scores of intelligence development in the observation group at 6 and 12 months were(78.2±2.1)points and(85.6±2.2)points,significantly higher than the control group(74.6±2.5)points and(81.4±1.9)points,the difference was statistically significant(t=3.149,5.207,P<0.05);and the control group and observation of the 12-month intelligence development scores of the group were significantly higher than the 6-month intelligence development scores of the same group, and there was a statistically significant difference(t=6.557,7.119,P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive health guidance will promote the early development of children and reduce malnutrition, which is worthy of promotion.
