综合性护理干预在癌性伤口患者护理中的应用研究

目的以癌性伤口患者为例,对综合性护理干预在其中的应用效果进行分析研究。方法该次纳入研究的癌性伤口患者,一共84例,纳入时间为2018年1月—2019年1月,以随机的方式分为两组,其中对照组42例给予一般护理方法,观察组42例则给予综合性护理干预,进一步对两组护理效果进行对比评价。结果①在换药次数方面,观察组的(12.85±1.23)次明显少于对照组的(18.97±1.24)次(t=6.283,P<0.05);在换药时间方面,观察组的(1.28±0.51)h明显短于对照组的(2.43±0.72)h(t=5.129,P<0.05);在治疗费用方面,观察组的(3 208.05±240.95)元明显少于对照组的(4 208.46±238.22)元(t=11.283,P<0.05)。②护理后,观察组癌性伤口疼痛VAS评分为(1.23±0.27)分显著要比对照组的(3.18±0.26)分低,两组之间的数据差异有统计学意义(t=6.287,P<0.05)。③护理后,观察组SAS评分为(12.88±1.32)分,明显低于对照组的(27.65±1.35)分(t=9.283,P<0.05);观察组的SDS评分为(13.46±1.29)分,明显低于对照组的(28.29±1.32)分(t=9.284,P<0.05)。结论癌性伤口患者实施综合护理干预效果明显;因此,具备推广及应用的价值。

Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in cancer wound patients as an example.Methods A total of 84 patients with cancerous wounds were included in this study.The period of inclusion was from January 2018 to January 2019.They were divided into two groups in a random manner.Among them,42 cases in the control group were given general nursing methods,and the observation group was 42 cases,comprehensive nursing intervention was given to further evaluate the nursing effect of the two groups.Results 1.In terms of the number of dressing changes,(12.85±1.23)times in the observation group were significantly less than(18.97±1.24)times in the control group(t=6.283,P<0.05);The(1.28±0.51)h of the observation group was significantly shorter than the(2.43±0.72)h of the control group(t=5.129,P<0.05);in terms of treatment costs,the(3208.05±240.95)yuan of the observation group was significantly less than the control group(4208.46±238.22)yuan(t=11.283,P<0.05).2.After nursing,the VAS score of cancer wounds in the observation group was(1.23±0.27)points significantly lower than that in the control group(3.18±0.26)points,and the data between the two groups was significantly different(t=6.287,P<0.05).3.After nursing,the SAS score of the observation group was(12.88±1.32)points,which was significantly lower than that of the control group(27.65±1.35)points(t=9.283,P<0.05);the SDS score of the observation group was(13.46±1.29)points,significantly lower than(28.29±1.32)points of the control group(t=9.284,P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on patients with cancerous wounds is obvious;therefore,it has the value of promotion and application.
