延续性护理对抑郁症患者出院后生活质量的影响研究

Study on the Effect of Continuous Nursing on the Quality of Life of Patients with Depression after Discharge

目的研究延续性护理对抑郁症患者出院后生活质量的影响。方法择取抑郁症患者56例行回顾性分析,纳入时间为2018年2月—2019年2月。根据护理方式不同分组,对照组行常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上行延续性护理。对比两组患者出院后生活质量、治疗依从性、心理健康状态。结果研究组患者SAS评分(45.39±4.08)分、SDS评分(46.82±4.01)分低于对照组,治疗依从性评分(79.29±3.47)分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=6.304,P=0.000;t=8.437,P=0.000;t=9.734,P=0.000)。研究组患者环境评分(92.67±6.39)分、生理功能评分(83.87±9.21)分、心理功能评分(91.82±7.34)分、社会关系评分(93.15±5.04)分等生活质量指标评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=9.902,P=0.000;t=7.389,P=0.000;t=9.983,P=0.000;t=9.833,P=0.000)。结论采取延续性护理对改善抑郁症患者出院后生活质量、心理健康状态及治疗依从性有积极效果。

Objective To study the effect of continuous care on the quality of life of patients with depression after discharge.Methods A retrospective analysis of 56 patients with depression was selected,and the inclusion period was from February 2018 to February 2019.According to different care methods,the control group received routine care,and the research group continued on the basis of the control group.The quality of life,treatment compliance,and mental health status of the two groups of patients after discharge were compared.Results The SAS score(45.39±4.08)points and SDS score(46.82±4.01)points of the study group were lower than the control group,and the treatment compliance score(79.29±3.47)points was higher than the control group.The difference was statistically significant(t=6.304,P=0.000;t=8.437,P=0.000;t=9.734,P=0.000).The scores of environmental quality(92.67±6.39)points,physiological function(83.87±9.21)points,psychological function(91.82±7.34)points,social relationship(93.15±5.04)points of the study group were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=9.902,P=0.000;t=7.389,P=0.000;t=9.983,P=0.000;t=9.833,P=0.000).Conclusion Taking continuous care has a positive effect on improving the quality of life,mental health and treatment compliance of patients with depression after discharge.
