个性化社区护理对老年原发性高血压患者治疗依从性和生活质量的影响

Influence of Personalized Community Nursing on Treatment Compliance and Quality of Life in Elderly Patients with Essential Hypertension

目的探讨个性化社区护理对老年原发性高血压患者治疗依从性和生活质量的影响。方法将2016年5月—2018年3月社区登记的老年原发性高血压患者102例以随机数字表法分组,观察组与对照组各51例,对照组接受常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上加个性化社区护理,对两组患者依从性及生活质量进行观察。结果观察组患者依从率为92.16%,明显较对照组80.39%高,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.981,P<0.05);两组干预前的生活质量综合评定问卷(GQOLI-74)评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组干预后GQOLI-74评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论个性化社区护理能提高老年原发性高血压患者治疗依从性,也能改善患者生活质量。

Objective To explore the impact of personalized community nursing on treatment compliance and quality of life in elderly patients with essential hypertension.Methods Random number table method was used to group 102 elderly patients with essential hypertension registered in the community from May 2016 to March 2018.The observation group and the control group were each 51 cases.The control group received routine care.The observation group was in the control group on the basis of adding personalized community care,observe the compliance and quality of life of the two groups of patients.Results The compliance rate of the observation group was 92.16%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group 80.39%,the difference was statistically significant(χ~2=4.981,P<0.05);there was no statistically significant difference in the scores of the comprehensive quality of life questionnaire(GQOLI-74)before interventiontt(P>0.05),The GQOLI-74 score of the observation group after intervention was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Personalized community nursing can improve the treatment compliance of elderly patients with essential hypertension,and can also improve the quality of life of patients.
