临床综合干预护理对老年髋部骨折患者术后焦虑状态的影响

Effect of Comprehensive Clinical Intervention Nursing on Postoperative Anxiety of Elderly Hip Fracture Patients

目的探讨分析在老年髋部骨折患者术后使用临床综合干预护理的效果。方法在2017年1月—2019年12月两年时间内,选择122例该院收集的老年髋部骨折患者,所有患者均进行手术治疗,术后根据数字法进行随机抽取,各抽取61例,设为研究和对照两组,使用临床综合干预护理的为研究组,使用常规护理的为对照组,比较两组的住院时间和费用,SDS和SAS评分,生活质量、并发症以及护理满意度、肢体功能情况。结果研究组的生活质量比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),护理满意度95.08%比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=9.385,P<0.05),SDS和SAS评分比对照组低,差异有统计学意义(t=6.389、19.900,P<0.05),肢体功能比对照组优,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),住院时间和费用均比对照组少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在老年髋部骨折患者术后使用临床综合干预护理,可以减少术后并发症,促进术后恢复,降低SAS和SDS评分,改善患者抑郁焦虑的心理,提高患者的生活质量,并且促进肢体功能恢复,缩短住院时间,降低治疗费用,并且提高护理满意度,改善护患关系,提高医院形象,因此具有临床应用的价值。

Objective To explore and analyze the effect of clinical comprehensive intervention nursing in elderly patients with hip fracture.Methods During the two-year period from January 2017 to December 2019,122 elderly hip fracture patients collected in the hospital were selected.All patients underwent surgical treatment.Randomly selected according to the digital method after operation,each 61 cases,the research and control groups were used,the clinical comprehensive intervention nursing was the research group,and the routine nursing was the control group.The hospitalization time and cost,SAS and SDS scores,quality of life,complications and nursing satisfaction degree,physical function were compared between the two groups.Results The quality of life of the study group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the nursing satisfaction rate was 95.08%higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ~2=9.385,P<0.05),and the SDS and SAS scores were lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=6.389,19.900,P<0.05),the limb function was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the hospitalization time and cost were less than the control group,the difference was statistically significant,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of comprehensive clinical intervention nursing in elderly patients with hip fractures can reduce postoperative complications,promote postoperative recovery,reduce SDS and SAS scores,improve patients’depression and anxiety,improve patients’quality of life,and promote limbs function recovery,shorten hospital stay,reduce treatment costs,and improve nursing satisfaction,improve the relationship between nurses and patients,improve the image of the hospital,so it has the value of clinical application.
