摘要
聚焦智慧城市评价指标标准,对国际、国内相关标准进行了系统性的总结与回顾。针对我国主导研制的ISO/IEC 30146:2019《信息技术智慧城市ICT指标》,从研究基础、平台支持、研制方法等维度全面分析了该标准研制背景,并针对智慧城市ICT指标总体框架、指标设计原则、指标项描述等核心技术内容进行了解析。
This paper focuses on the standard evaluation methods and indicators of smart city,and systematically summarizes and reviews the relevant international and domestic standards.According to the international standard ISO/IEC 30146:2019"Information technology—Smart city ICT indicators",this paper analyzes the development background of the standard from the aspects of research basis,platform support and development methods,and analyzes the core technical contents of smart city ICT indicators such as the general architecture,general principles of indicators selection,indicators description,etc.
