摘要
对全面质量管理的内涵、特点和发展进行综述,分析当前我国制造企业质量管理存在的问题并提出建议。企业应构建以全面质量为中心的经营管理模式、加大信息技术的应用、加强研发质量管理和加快培养中高级质量管理人才,促进制造业质量提升。
This article reviews the problems existing in quality management of manufacturing enterprises in China and give the suggestions.Enterprises should build operating system with TQM as center,increase the application of advanced technology,strengthen the quality management of R&D,and speed up the training of middle and senior management personnel.
