硫酸锌用于肿瘤患者放化疗致口腔黏膜炎的研究进展

Advances in the Application of Zinc Sulfate in Oral Mucositis Caused by Radiotherapy and Chemotherapy in Cancer Patients

肿瘤患者在治疗期间易出现口腔健康急剧恶化的情况。放化疗后口腔黏膜的损伤对患者及其照护者是一项艰巨的挑战。因此,寻求有效的药物以减轻口腔黏膜炎的严重程度,提高患者对治疗的依从性,进而减轻其痛苦体验,提高生活质量具有重要意义。硫酸锌可能对口腔黏膜炎具有积极的防治效果。本文对硫酸锌用于肿瘤患者放化疗所致口腔黏膜炎的应用研究进行梳理,探讨防治口腔黏膜炎的新方法,以期为临床干预方案提供参考依据。

Cancer patients are prone to a dramatic deterioration in oral health during treatment.The damage of oral mucosa after radiotherapy and chemotherapy becomes a formidable challenge for patients and their caregivers.Therefore,effective drugs are sought to reduce the severity of oral mucositis and improve patients’compliance to treatment,so as to reduce patients’painful experience and improve patients’quality of life.Zinc sulfate may have a positive effect on the prevention and treatment of oral mucositis.In this paper,the application of zinc sulfate in oral mucositis caused by radiotherapy and chemotherapy in cancer patients was reviewed,and a new method to improve oral mucositis was discussed in order to provide a reference for clinical intervention program.
