Progress of Circulating Cell-Free DNA in Physiological and Pathological Diagnosis

循环游离DNA(cfDNA)是人体组织释放到血液中的DNA片段,在健康人和患者中均可存在。现有研究表明,cfDNA可用于肿瘤诊断和预后、产前诊断、炎性疾病、创伤等生理和病理疾病的相关评估。作为分子医学的重要内容之一,cfDNA的相关研究发展迅速。鉴于cfDNA在生理和病理疾病相关评估中的重要潜力,本文就其最新研究动态作一综述,以期为进一步研究提供参考。

Circulating cell-free DNA(cfDNA)was released from human tissue into the bloodstream and both healthy,and unhealthy individuals had cfDNA in peripheral blood.Present researches showed that cfDNA can be used as an evaluation tool for physiological and pathological diseases,such as tumor diagnosis and prognosis,prenatal diagnosis,inflammatory diseases,trauma and so on.As an important part of molecular medicine,the cfDNA-related research developed rapidly in recent years.In view of the potential value of cfDNA in diagnosing physiological and pathological diseases,this article mainly reviewed the latest research progress of cfDNA in the hope of providing reference for further research.
