摘要
本文设计了在0~8kV电压下的静电喷雾试验,通过改变静电极环的结构,试验中得到不同电压、不同压力、不同静电环直径时雾滴的荷质比。绘出雾滴核质比随电压、电极环直径和压力的变化情况,对不同条件下的荷质比进行理论分析和变化趋势对比。得出雾滴核质比的不同条件下的变化情况,对进一步开发荷电喷雾机具提供参考依据。
In this paper,experimental design by 0~8kV voltage electrostatic spray technology,the process of charge by changing the electrostatic polar ring structure,adjust the charge voltage conditions are different droplet charge to mass ratio.Depicts the droplet of nuclear matter with the voltage than the electrode wire diameter and the pressure ring the changes,under different conditions,the theoretical analysis of charge-mass ratio and contrast trends.Droplet of nuclear matter obtained under different conditions than the changes,the further development of spray equipment charged to provide reference.
