浅谈使用无牌农机具存在的安全隐患及解决措施——以拖拉机和联合收割机为例

Analysis on the Security Risks and Solutions of Using Unlicensed Agricultural Machinery——Take Tractor and Combine as an Example

拖拉机和联合收割机作为主要的农业生产工具,在提高农业生产力水平、改善农民生活状况、促进农村经济发展等方面发挥着重要作用。为此,加强拖拉机和联合收割机使用管理,对保障农机安全生产具有重要意义,但就目前牌证登记情况看,拖拉机和联合收割机牌证管理还存在农机手不认可等现象。基于此,笔者结合农机安全监管工作经验,分析了无牌拖拉机和联合收割机形成原因及其使用危害,并就加强拖拉机和联合收割机的安全监管提出了相应解决措施,仅供参考。

As the main agricultural production tools Tractor and Combine harvester,it plays an important role in increasing agricultural productivity,improving farmers living conditions and promoting economic development in rural areas.To the end,strengthening the Tractor and combine harvester management of its use is of great significance to ensure the production safety of agricultural machinery.However,in view of current registration of place licenses,tractor and Combine harvester license management is still not recognized by agricultural machinery operators Tractor and Combine harvester.Based on above,Based on the experience in this work,analyzes describes the causes and its use hazards of unlicensed tractors and combined harvesters,on how to strengthen Tractor and Combine harvester safety supervision,this paper is for reference only.
