摘要
为了主观实验人体下肢在外力作用下的舒适程度分布规律和大小,以假人下肢为研究对象(控制单一变量),采用SolidWorks建立下肢模型,选择人体生物力学参数建立有限元Workbench模型;以绑带对人体下肢的压力为输入条件,对下肢腿部分别施加相应的压力后,下肢腿部的舒适度的应力范围是305Pa^2778.4Pa,应变范围是0.00035776~0.008644,变形量是0~0.50126mm,得出在人体下肢有绑带压力作用下的应力应变分布状态和具体形变。通过有限元的仿真验证了绑带施加压力作用在下肢的分布规律和下肢腿部部位压力大小,为下肢康复机器人穿戴舒适性提供了必要参数。
In order to subjectively test the distribution rule and size of the comfort degree of human lower limbs under the action of external forces,the dummy lower limbs were taken as the research object(controlling a single variable),Solidworks was used to establish the lower limbs model,and human biomechanical parameters were selected to establish the finite element Workbench model.the stress range of the comfort level of the lower extremities is 305Pa^2778.4Pa strain range is 0.00035776~0.008644 and the deformation amount is 0~0.50126mm,and the stress-strain distribution state and specific deformation under the action of the binding pressure of the lower extremities are obtained.Through finite element simulation,the distribution law of the lower limb pressure exerted by the bandage and the lower limb pressure were verified,which provided necessary parameters for the wearable comfort of the lower limb rehabilitation robot.
