摘要
奶牛热应激问题严重影响着奶牛养殖行业的经济效益,制约着我国奶牛养殖行业的快速发展。如何通过营养调控的手段达到有效缓解奶牛热应激的目的,已逐渐成为当下的研究热点。脂肪酸是动物所需的重要营养成分之一,在动物机体代谢中主要承担着供能的作用,脂肪酸的多样性使其在动物体中具有多种营养和生理功能,本文主要对奶牛热应激情况下脂肪酸营养调控的研究进展进行了综述,以期为实际生产提供参考。
The heat stress of dairy cows seriously affects the economic benefits of the dairy farming industry and restricts the rapid development of the dairy farming industry in China.How to achieve the purpose of effectively alleviating the heat stress of dairy cows by means of nutritional regulation has gradually become a research hotspot.Fatty acids are one of the important nutrients required by animals.They are mainly responsible for energy supply in the metabolism of animals.The diversity of fatty acids makes them have various nutritional and physiological functions in animals.Under the circumstances,the research on fatty acid nutrition regulation is reviewed to provide a reference for actual production.
