摘要
为研究副干酪乳杆菌YLZB对小鼠免疫的调节作用,本试验以Balb/C小鼠为动物模型,灌胃不同剂量的副干酪乳杆菌YLZB 30d,测定小鼠脾淋巴细胞增殖能力、巨噬细胞吞噬能力、NK细胞杀伤能力和血清IgG含量,评价该菌株的免疫调节作用。结果显示,与对照组相比,副干酪乳杆菌YLZB可显著增加小鼠淋巴细胞增殖率、巨噬细胞吞噬能力、NK细胞杀伤能力和血清IgG含量,并呈剂量依赖性。可以得出,副干酪乳杆菌YLZB具有调节小鼠免疫力的作用。
The aim was to study the immunoregulatory effect of Lactobacillus paracasei YLZB(L.paracasei YLZB)on mice.Balb/C mice were administered orally with L.paracasei YLZB at different doses for 30 days,then the proliferation of lymphocyte,capability of macrophage's phagocytosis,natural killer cell's activity and the content of serum IgG of mice were tested to evaluate the effect of L.paracasei YLZB on immune function.Results showed that the lymphocyte trasformation rate,phagocytosis of macrophage,the NK cell's activity and content of serum IgG significantly increased in all those treatment group compared with control group in a dose-dependent manner.Therefore,L.paracasei YLZB could regulate the role of immunity in mice.
