动态血糖监测联合胰岛素泵治疗妊娠期糖尿病的临床疗效及血糖水平影响评价探讨

Discussion on the Clinical Efficacy of Dynamic Blood Glucose Monitoring Combined with Insulin Pump in the Treatment of Gestational Diabetes and the Evaluation of the Effect of Blood Glucose Level

目的观察动态血糖监测联合胰岛素泵治疗妊娠期糖尿病的临床疗效,探讨其对于患者血糖水平的影响,为临床使用提供参考。方法选择该院接治的妊娠期糖尿病患者的一般资料进行整理,从中抽选出2018年1月—2019年1月的110例作为实验对象。采取数字表法来对其进行分组—对照组和观察组,各有55例。对照组患者采取动态血糖监测联合胰岛素注射治疗;观察组患者采取动态血糖监测联合胰岛素泵治疗。从两组患者治疗前后的血糖水平转变,来分析其治疗效果,并加以比较。结果在该次研究中,治疗前两组患者的血糖水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);在治疗后,观察组相较于对照组更趋于正常,改善幅度更大(P<0.05);观察组患者的治疗总有效率明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论以动态血糖监测联合胰岛素泵治疗妊娠期糖尿病,能够有效地改善患者的血糖水平,降低其对机体的影响,治疗效果显著,可将其进行临床运用。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of dynamic blood glucose monitoring combined with insulin pump in the treatment of gestational diabetes,and to explore its effect on blood glucose levels of patients,so as to provide a reference for clinical use.Methods The general data of patients with gestational diabetes treated in the hospital were selected and sorted out,and 110 cases from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected as experimental subjects.Use the digital table method to group them;55 cases in the control group and the observation group.Patients in the control group were treated with dynamic blood glucose monitoring combined with insulin injection;patients in the observation group were treated with dynamic blood glucose monitoring combined with insulin pump therapy.From the change of blood glucose level before and after treatment in two groups of patients,the treatment effect was analyzed and compared.Results In the study,there was no statistically significant difference in blood glucose levels between the two groups of patients before treatment(P>0.05);after treatment,the observation group tended to be more normal than the control group,and the improvement was greater(P<0.05);The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Dynamic blood glucose monitoring combined with insulin pump in the treatment of gestational diabetes can effectively improve the patient's blood glucose level and reduce its impact on the body.The treatment effect is significant,and it can be used clinically.
