2型糖尿病合并脑梗塞的CT影像学特点和诊断价值

CT Imaging Features and Diagnostic Value of Type 2 Diabetes with Cerebral Infarction

目的分析CT诊断2型糖尿病合并脑梗塞的价值与影像学特点。方法以2018年1月—2019年10月为研究时间段,甄选该院2型糖尿病合并脑梗塞患者共计70例作为观察组,在同一时间内从该院选取70例脑梗塞非合并2型糖尿病患者作为对照组,全部研究对象均实施CT诊断检查,比较两组血生化指标水平、CT影像学检测结果以及CT影像学检测特点。结果空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、甘油三脂以及总胆固醇水平与对照组比较,观察组均显著较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组CT影像学多发性表现高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者CT影像学检测特点主要表现为:基底节区、皮下层、脑干、小脑为主要病灶发生部位,以圆形或卵圆形、扇形或不规则形为病灶形态。结论CT诊断2型糖尿病合并脑梗塞的价值突出,具备影像学特征,能够将其作为早期诊断的参考依据。

Objective To analyze the value and imaging characteristics of CT diagnosis of type 2 diabetes with cerebral infarction.Methods From January 2018 to October 2019 as the research period,a total of 70 patients with type 2 diabetes and cerebral infarction in the hospital were selected as the observation group,and 70 patients with non-combined type 2 cerebral infarction were selected from the hospital at the same time of diabetic patients were used as the control group,and all the subjects underwent CT diagnostic tests to compare the blood biochemical index levels,CT imaging test results,and CT imaging test characteristics of the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,fasting blood glucose,2 hours postprandial blood glucose,triglyceride and total cholesterol levels were significantly higher in the observation group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05);the CT imaging multiple performance in the observation group was higher than The control group was statistically significant(P<0.05);The main CT imaging features of the observation group were as follows:basal ganglia,subcutaneous layer,brainstem and cerebellum were the main focal sites,and the focal morphology was round or oval,fan-shaped or irregular.Conclusion The value of CT in diagnosing type 2 diabetes with cerebral infarction is outstanding,with imaging features,which can be used as a reference for early diagnosis.
