尿蛋白和尿微量白蛋白在糖尿病肾病检验价值分析

Analysis of the Value of Urine Protein and Urine Microalbumin in Diabetic Nephropathy

目的糖尿病肾病患者应用尿微量的白蛋白、尿蛋白检验结果价值分析。方法选取2018年9月—2019年9月该院诊治65例糖尿病肾病患者资料,设为研究组,同期选择健康的体检者65名资料,设为对照组,两组均予以白蛋白、尿蛋白检验,分析两组研究对象检验结果与阳性率情况。结果研究组患者尿蛋白阳性21.54%、尿微量白蛋白63.08%比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且研究组患者的尿微量白蛋白(41.55±11.32)mg/L、尿蛋白(93.36±20.68)mg/L比对照组(6.86±1.53)mg/L、(0.16±0.03)mg/L多,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病肾病患者临床可选择尿微量白蛋白、尿蛋白检验,用于临床诊断及治疗指导,其中尿微量白蛋白阳性检出更高,具一定临床应用价值。

Objective To analyze the value of urine albumin and urine protein test results in patients with diabetic nephropathy.Methods The data of 65 patients with diabetic nephropathy diagnosed and treated in the hospital from September 2018 to September 2019 were selected as the research group,and the data of 65 healthy medical examiners were selected as the control group during the same period.Both groups were given albumin and urine protein test,analyze the test results and positive rate of the two groups.Results The urine protein in the study group was 21.54%positive,and the amount of microalbumin was 63.08%higher than that in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);and the amount of albumin in the urine of the study group was(41.55±11.32)mg/L and urine protein(93.36±20.68)mg/L were more than those in the control group(6.86±1.53)mg/L and(0.16±0.03)mg/L.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with diabetic nephropathy can choose urine albumin and urine protein tests for clinical diagnosis and treatment guidance.Among them,urine albumin positive detection is higher and has certain clinical application value.
