分析2型糖尿病肾病合并高血压老年患者接受硝苯地平控释片+缬沙坦治疗的临床价值及安全影响

Analyze the Clinical Value and Safety Impact of Elderly Patients with Type 2 Diabetic Nephropathy and Hypertension Receiving Nifedipine Controlled-release Tablets+Valsartan

目的针对2型糖尿病肾病合并高血压老年患者临床中采用相关药物治疗的临床价值和影响。方法选取300例该院在2017年10月—2019年10月收治的2型糖尿病肾病合并高血压老年患者,将所有患者随机分成两组,分别给予硝苯地平控释片治疗(常规组150例)和缬沙坦联合治疗(实验组150例),观察两组患者的临床效果。结果实验组患者的治疗总有效率及血压和肾功能指标均优于常规组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论两种药物联合治疗可以有效缓解患者的血压和肾功能指标,同时也可以整体提高治疗效果。

Objective This paper aimed at the clinical value and impact of the use of related drugs in elderly patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy and hypertension.Methods 300 elderly patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy and hypertension who were admitted to the hospital from October 2017 to October 2019 were randomly divided into two groups and given nifedipine controlled-release tablets(150 patients in the conventional group)combined with valsartan(150 cases in the experimental group)to observe the clinical effects of the two groups of patients.Results The total treatment efficiency,blood pressure and renal function indexes of the experimental group were better than those of the conventional group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined treatment of the two drugs can effectively relieve the patient’s blood pressure and renal function indexes,and it can also improve the treatment effect integrally.
