多样性护理方式在糖尿病护理中的应用价值研究

Study on the Application Value of Diversified Nursing Methods in Diabetes Nursing

目的研究多样性护理方式在糖尿病护理中的应用价值。方法研究时间为2018年1月—2019年6月,收治的糖尿病住院的患者150例为研究对象,按照数字随机法分成两组;对照组采用常规护理,观察组开展多样性护理。比较两组患者血糖情况,生活质量以及护理满意度。结果经干预后,两组患者血糖指标均不同程度下降,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组护理满意度评价85.33%,观察组护理满意度评价97.33%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经干预后,两组生活质量评分均不同程度提高,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病患者开展多样化护理,从多方面开展护理,疏导患者心理不良心理状态,提高患者生活质量,护理满意度大大提高,值得临床推广。

Objective To study the application value of diverse nursing methods in diabetes care.Methods The study period was from January 2018 to June 2019.150 cases of diabetic hospitalized patients were divided into two groups according to the numerical randomization method;the control group received routine nursing and the observation group carried out diverse nursing.The blood glucose,quality of life and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the blood glucose indexes of the two groups decreased to varying degrees,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction evaluation of the control group was 85.33%,and that of the observation group was 97.33%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the quality of life scores of the two groups were improved to different degrees,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Diabetic patients carry out diversified nursing,carry out nursing from various aspects,ease the psychological state of patients,improve the quality of life of patients,and greatly improve the satisfaction of nursing,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
