Effect of Nursing Intervention on Compliance of Diabetic Patients

目的探究护理干预的实施对糖尿病患者用药依从性的影响。方法该院在2016年5月—2019年5月时间段收治了86例糖尿病患者为探究对象,以患者入院尾号奇偶数分为实验组和参照组,每组43例。实验组施行护理干预措施,参照组施行一般护理措施,予以比较两组的护理效果。结果实验组用药依从性、与参照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。组间护理后,实验组血糖水平,与参照组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病患者接受护理干预模式的效果理想,因此建议在临床上应用、推广。

Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention on the compliance of diabetic patients with medication.Methods 86 patients with diabetes were treated in our hospital from May 2016 to May 2019.The patients were divided into the experimental group and the reference group with 43 patients in each group according to the odd and even number of the patients'admission.The experimental group implemented nursing intervention measures,the reference group implemented general nursing measures,and compared the nursing effects of the two groups.Results The medication compliance of the experimental group was statistically significant compared with the reference group(P<0.05).After nursing between groups,the blood glucose level of the experimental group was significantly different from that of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of nursing intervention model for diabetic patients is ideal,so it is recommended to be applied and promoted clinically.
