糖尿病足患者的护理体会

The Nursing Experience of Diabetic Foot Patients

目的分析评价糖尿病足患者实施护理干预的方法及效果。方法该次将该院于2017年2月—2019年1月收治72例糖尿病足患者,进一步以随机数字表法分成为两个不同的组别,每组36例;其中对照组36例采取常规护理方法,观察组36例则采取综合护理方法,进一步对两组护理血糖指标水平、患者自我护理管理能力评分、足部溃疡创面愈合效果、患者满意度进行分析评价。结果①护理前,在FPG、2 hPG、HbA1c 3项血糖指标水平方面,两组比较均差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组上述3项血糖指标水平均显著要比对照组低(P<0.05)。②护理后,观察组各项自我护理管理能力评分均显著要比对照组高(P<0.05)。③护理后,观察组创面分泌物细菌培养阳性率为2.78%,明显低于对照组的27.78%(χ2=10.283,P<0.05);观察组创面愈合时间为(24.81±1.2)d,明显低于对照组的(39.7±1.3)d,两组之间的数据差异有统计学意义(t=10.276,P<0.05)。④观察组护理总满意度的97.22%和对照组的69.44%对比显著更高(χ2=11.259,P<0.05)。结论在临床中,针对糖尿病足患者,采取综合护理方法,可控制患者的血糖水平,使患者自我管理能力得到有效提升,并提高患者对护理服务的满意程度,加快糖尿病足创面愈合速度。

Objective To analyze and evaluate the methods and effects of nursing intervention for patients with diabetic foot.Methods In this hospital,72 patients with diabetic foot were treated in the hospital from February 2017 to January 2019,and were further divided into two different groups by random number table method,with an average of 36 cases in each group;36 cases in the control group,and routine nursing methods were adopted,and 36 cases in the observation group adopted comprehensive nursing methods to further analyze and evaluate the nursing blood sugar level,patient self-care management ability score,foot ulcer wound healing effect,patient satisfaction of the two groups.Results 1.Before nursing,there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in the levels of FPG,2 hPG and HbA1c(P>0.05);after nursing,the levels of the above three blood glucose indexes in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).2.After nursing,the self-care management ability scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).3.After nursing,the positive rate of bacterial culture of wound secretions in the observation group was 2.78%,which was significantly lower than 27.78%in the control group(χ2=10.283,P<0.05);the wound healing time of the observation group was(24.81±1.2)d,which was significantly lower than that in the control group(39.7±1.3)d,the data between the two groups are statistically significantly different(t=10.276,P<0.05).4.The contrast of 97.22%of the total nursing satisfaction of the observation group and 69.44%of the control group was significantly higher(χ2=11.259,P<0.05).Conclusion In clinical practice,comprehensive nursing method is adopted for patients with diabetic foot,which can control the patient's blood glucose level,effectively improve the patient's self-management ability,improve the patient's satisfaction with nursing services,and speed up the wound healing of diabetic foot.Therefore,it is worth adopting and applying.
