摘要
目的分析护理干预对泌尿系统疾病合并糖尿病患者的效果。方法抽取2018年10月—2019年10月在该院接受治疗的泌尿系统合并糖尿病患者78例为研究对象,按其住院先后顺序从1-78进行编号,以等差数列首项为1,公差为2将78例患者平均分为两组,即对照组与实验组,每组患者均为39例。对照组行常规护理,实验组行护理干预,对比两组患者血糖控制情况和满意度。结果护理前两组患者血糖基本相同(P>0.05),护理后实验组患者空腹血糖和餐后2 h血糖(7.3±1.0)mmol/L、(12.1±1.1)mmol/L均低于对照组(8.1±1.3)mmol/L、(12.9±1.2)mmol/L(t=4.341、3.398,P<0.05);实验组护理满意度(95.91%)高于对照组(81.63%)(χ2=5.186,P<0.05)。结论护理干预对泌尿系统疾病合并糖尿病患者护理效果显著,能够有效控制患者血糖,提高患者护理满意度。
Objective To analyze the effect of nursing intervention on patients with urinary system diseases and diabetes.Methods A total of 78 patients with urinary system and diabetes mellitus who were treated in the hospital from October 2018 to October 2019 were selected as the research object.They were numbered from 1 to 78 in order of their hospitalization,and the first item in the equivalence series was 1,tolerance 78 patients were divided into two groups on average,namely the control group and the experimental group,with 39 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing and the experimental group received nursing intervention to compare the blood glucose control and satisfaction of the two groups.Results The blood glucose of the two groups before nursing was basically the same(P>0.05).The fasting blood glucose and(7.3±1.0)mmol/L and(12.1±1.1)mmol/L of the experimental group patients after the nursing were lower than those of the control group(8.1±1.3)mmol/L,(12.9±1.2)mmol/L(t=4.341,3.398,P<0.05);nursing satisfaction(95.91%)in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(81.63%)(χ2=5.186,P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention has a significant effect on the nursing of patients with urinary system diseases and diabetes,which can effectively control patients'blood glucose and improve patients'nursing satisfaction.It is worthy of extensive clinical promotion.
