摘要
以2,3,3-三甲基-3H-吲哚与正丙基溴为原料合成季铵盐2;2与2-氯-3-羟次甲基环己烯醛缩合生成吲哚七甲川菁染料3;3与4-乙基间苯二酚在三乙胺催化下反应生成半花菁染料4;4与乙酰氯经成酯反应生成半花菁类探针5。目标物5的结构经1H NMR、13C NMR和HR-MS(ESI)表征。该探针作为荧光增强型近红外探针,可以定量检测肼,并且对肼具有良好的选择性。
3-bromopropane was reacted with 2,3,3-trimethylindolenine to form a quaternary ammonium salt 2,which was further condensed with 2-chloro-3-hydroxy-methylene cyclohexene aldehyde to get the compound 3.3 was cyclized with 4-ethylresorcinol to give a hemi-cyanine dye 4,and finally esterified with acetyl chloride to obtain the target product 5.The structure of 5 was characterized by 1H NMR,13C NMR and HR-MS(ESI).This probe is as a near-infrared turn-on probe which can quantitatively detect hydrazine and has good selectivity for it.
