摘要
采用热溶剂法,以酪氨酸和四水合乙酸钴为原料合成酪氨酸-钴配合物,其结构经IR、TG、SEM和EDS确证。通过CCK-8比色法测定了配合物对肺癌细胞(A549)的抗肿瘤活性。结果表明:该配合物对A549具有一定的抗肿瘤活性。
The tyrosine-cobalt complex was synthesized using tyrosine and cobalt acetate tetrahydrate as raw materials by thermal solvent method,and the complexes were characterized by IR,TG,SEM and EDS.Finally,the anti-tumor activity of the complexes against lung cancer cells(A549)was determined by CCK-8 colorimetry.The results showed that the complex had a certain anti-tumor activity against A549.
