摘要
在借鉴现有的教育国际合作质量评价指标体系研究的基础上,以关键绩效指标(KPI)、目标管理理论SMART原则和"德尔菲"法为理论依据,构建包括项目规划、资源配置、项目运作和成效4方面的中职教育国际合作评价指标体系;在3所中职学校开展了个案研究,以评价指标体系为工具对其国际合作工作进行评价,提出了指标体系存在的需改进之处,归纳出领先发展、调整发展、失衡发展3种中职教育国际合作的发展类型,期待以评价促进中职教育国际合作的质量提升。
Drawing lessons from the existing research on international cooperation quality evaluation indicator system in education, based on the theories of the key performance indicators(KPI), the SMART principle of target management theory and the"Delphi"method, this paper constructs an evaluation indicator system of international cooperation in secondary vocational education, including project planning, resource allocation, project operation and effectiveness. Case studies are carried out in three secondary vocational schools to evaluate their international cooperation work with the evaluation indicator system as a tool. Based on the results of research, this paper put forward 3 modes to develop international cooperation in secondary vocational education, including leading development, adjustment development and unbalanced development, in order to promote the quality improvement of international cooperation in secondary vocational education through the evaluation.
