公共资源交易服务标准化建设路径研究——以安徽合肥公共资源交易中心为例

Research on the Construction Path of Public Resource Transaction Service Standardization—Taking Anhui Hefei Public Resource Trading Center as an Example

公共资源交易服务标准体系建设关系到中心服务交易平台的公开和透明性。本文通过安徽合肥公共资源交易中心试点建设时期标准体系的分析以及示范建设时期的服务标准体系的完善改进,为公共资源交易服务标准化提供建设路线,并对未来安徽合肥公共资源交易中心标准化工作发展进行了总结和思考。

Public resource trading services play a crucial role in optimizing the allocation of social resources,reducing government procurement costs,and regulating market economic order.The construction of the standardization system of public resource transaction services is related to the openness and transparency of the central service trading platform.This paper analyzes the standards system during the pilot construction period of Anhui Hefei Public Resource Trading Center and the improvement of the service standards system during the demonstration period,providing a reference for the standardization of public resource transaction services.It also thinks out the future development of the standardization work of Anhui Hefei Public Resource Trading Center.
