Preliminary Study on the Construction of Standards System for Grassroots Trade Union in the New Era

构建有效的基层工会标准体系,才能进一步激发基层工会活力,发挥企业中工会组织的功能。本文在工作实践基础上总结提出:基层工会标准体系构建可以分两步走,一是构建基层工会自身标准体系;二是构建服务型基层工会标准体系。

In order to further stimulate the vitality of grass-roots trade unions and give full play to the functions of trade union in enterprises,we should build an effective standards system for grass-roots trade unions.On the basis of working practice,this paper puts forward that the construction of the standards system for grass-roots trade union can be divided into two steps:one is to construct the standards system for grass-roots trade union itself;the other is to construct the standards system for service-oriented grass-roots trade union.
