大米是世界上重要的粮食作物,中国与泰国是大米的种植和消费大国,中国与泰国贸易发展保持着良好关系。本文开展我国与泰国大米质量指标、加工精度、卫生方面标准指标比对研究,为深化中泰两国大米产业合作发展提供参考。

Rice is a major crop in the world.China and Thailand are major countries for rice production and consumption with good relationship on the development of rice trade.This paper comparatively studies the quality indicator,processing precision and health indicator of rice between China and Thailand,so as to provide reference for deepening the cooperation and development of rice industry between China and Thailand.
