智能化电力巡检安全隐患监管技术应用研究

摘要 针对电力巡检工作中面临的作业环境差别巨大、巡检过程监管手段缺乏、安全隐患无法识别等多种问题,依托当前的大数据分析、北斗差分精确定位、人脸表情识别等多种技术手段基础构建电力巡检全过程的智能化安全隐患监管技术研究。在巡检前对巡检任务本身属性、环境、人员等因素的综合风险评估,巡检过程中的人员状态检测与轨迹追踪,最后根据巡检任务风险评估与过程监控情况对巡检工作进行综合评价和人员考核。智能化电力巡检安全隐患监管技术的持续优化和应用实践,为今后在电力巡检工作安全管理和安全胡奠定良好的基础。 In view of various problems in the work of electric power patrol inspection,such as the huge difference in the working en⁃vironment,the lack of supervision means in the process of patrol inspection,and the inability to identify potential safety hazards,etc.,based on the current big data analysis,Beidou differential precise positioning,facial expression recognition and other techni⁃cal means,the intelligent security risk supervision technology research in the whole process of electric power patrol inspection is constructed.Before the patrol inspection,the comprehensive risk assessment of the attributes,environment,personnel and other factors of the patrol inspection task itself,personnel status detection and track tracking in the patrol inspection process,and finally the comprehensive assessment and personnel assessment of the patrol inspection work according to the risk assessment and process monitoring of the patrol inspection task.The continuous optimization and application practice of intelligent supervision technology for potential safety hazards in electric power inspection laid a good foundation for safety management and safety in electric power inspection in the future.
