VLOOKUP函数在财务办公中的应用探究

Application and Research of VLOOKUP function in Financial Office

[目的]快速高效地完成人员代码与手机号码对照表、校领导与部门分工代码对照表、人员与部门代码对照表等基础数据的整理,将财务工作人员从机械重复的工作中解放出来。[方法]通过对WPS Office Excel中的VLOOKUP函数、VLOOKUP函数与IFERROR函数的联合使用,完成数据的批量查找及匹配。[结果]运用VLOOKUP函数批量查找及匹配数据比逐个查找、复制、粘贴完成数据的匹配显得更高效、便捷、不易出错。[结论]本文通过对VLOOKUP函数的合理运用,较为高效快速地完成了财务软件升级所需要的基础数据,为财务工作人员节省了大量时间,为财务系统升级提供了有力保障。

[Objective]To quickly and efficiently complete the basic data collation such as the comparison table of personnel code and mobile phone number,the comparison table of division code between school leaders and departments,and the comparison ta⁃ble of personnel and department code,so as to liberate the financial staff from the repetitive work of machinery.[Methods]Through the combination of VLOOKUP function,VLOOKUP function and IFERROR function in WPS Office Excel,the batch search and matching of data were completed.[Results]It is more efficient,convenient and error free to use VLOOKUP function to find and match data in batches than to find,copy and paste data one by one.[Conclusion]Through the rational use of vlookup function,this paper completes the basic data needed for the financial software upgrade efficiently and quickly,saves a lot of time for the financial staff,and provides a strong guarantee for the financial system upgrade.
