新型冠状病毒肺炎恢复期中医辨证治疗案析

该文介绍中医辨证治疗新型冠状病毒肺炎恢复期患者3例。第一例为湿热蕴结,第二例为肺脾气虚夹湿,第三例为气阴两虚夹湿。用药后患者症状、舌苔、脉象均改善、者胸部CT显示炎症较前吸收。证明了中医辨证治疗在新型冠状肺炎恢复期患者中疗效显著,同时说明了湿邪为主要的病理特点贯穿疾病的始终,新冠肺炎恢复期患者在扶正补虚的同时注意祛湿。

novel coronavirus pneumonia in convalescent patients was treated by TCM in 3 cases.The first case was damp heat accumulation,the second case was deficiency of lung Qi and spleen Qi,and the third case was deficiency of both Qi and Yin.The symptoms,tongue coating and pulse condition of the patients were improved,and the chest CT showed that the inflammation was absorbed more than before.It has been proved that the treatment of TCM syndrome differentiation is effective in the convalescent patients with new type of coronary pneumonia.The novel coronavirus pneumonia is the main pathological feature throughout the disease.During the recovery period,the patients with new crown pneumonia are also given attention to removing dampness at the same time.
