Experience of HUANG Suping in Treating Diabetic Diarrhea from the Angle of“Middle Qi Deficiency”

糖尿病性腹泻是糖尿病的慢性并发症之一。黄苏萍教授认为“中气不足”是糖尿病性腹泻的病机之一。作者介绍了黄教授从“中气不足”论治糖尿病性腹泻的临床经验,并阐释了“中气不足”型糖尿病性腹泻的形成和转归、黄教授辨证思路以及用药配伍经验,从而为中医药治疗糖尿病性腹泻提供借鉴与思路。

Diabetic diarrhea is one of the chronic complications of diabetes.Professor Huang believes that“middle Qi deficiency”is one of the pathogenesis of diabetic diarrhea(DD).This paper introduced the clinical experience of Professor HUANG Suping in treating DD from the angle of“middle Qi deficiency”,and explain the formation and transformation of the type of“middle Qi deficiency”of DD,Professor HUANG’s method of syndrome differentiation and the experience of compatibility of medicines in order to provide reference and ideas for the treatment of diabetic diarrhea with traditional Chinese medicine.
