穴位贴敷防治恶性肿瘤化疗后恶心呕吐临床观察

Clinical Observation of the Point-application on Nausea and Vomiting after Chemotherapy for Malignant Tumor

目的:观察穴位贴敷防治恶性肿瘤化疗后消化系统不良反应的疗效及其对患者生活质量的影响。方法:该研究随机筛选2016年7月至2018年6月在我科住院治疗的80例恶性肿瘤患者,随机分为穴位敷贴治疗组与对照治疗组,两组各40例。对照组常规给予昂丹司琼注射液及甲氧氯普胺注射液治疗,穴位敷贴治疗组在对照治疗组的基础上加上中药贴敷联合治疗,观察两组患者恶心呕吐的疗效以及生活质量的影响。结果:穴位敷贴治疗组总有效率为92.5%,对照治疗组总有效率为77.5%,穴位敷贴治疗组明显优于对照治疗组,两者比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。穴位敷贴治疗组KPS评分也显著升高,两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:穴位贴敷防治恶性肿瘤化疗后恶心呕吐的疗效显著,同时也可以改善患者的生活质量,值得临床推广。

Objective:To observe the efficacy of the point-application on nausea and vomiting after chemotherapy for malignant tumor,and the influence of the quality of life in patients.Methods:80 patients of tumor treated in our department from July 2016 to June 2018 were regarded as the research object and were divided into point-application treatment group and control treatment group,40 cases in each group.The control treatment group was given intravenous injection of ondansetron and metoclpramide injection,while the Point-Application treatment group was given PointApplication on the basis the treatment of the control treatment group,then to observe the effects on nausea and vomiting and the quality of life in patients.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of the Point-Application treatment group was 92.5%,the total effective rate of the control treatment group was 77.5%,the point-application treatment group was better than the control treatment group.Both groups showed statistically significant(P<0.05).The KPS score of the acupoint application treatment group was higher than the control treatment group.There were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:point-application therapy shows favorable effects on prevents from nausea and vomiting after chemotherapeutic for malinanttumor,and also improves the quality of life in patients,which holds promise for further application.
